The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of hiring for positions at all levels within our organization. Detailed responsibilities will include working with the leadership team to identify organizational hiring needs, developing and executing strategies to network and find qualified candidates, conducting initial candidate interviews, managing candidates through the interview process, and measuring and optimizing the various programs. We are seeking a bright, dynamic, and highly motivated individual for this position.
Work with senior leadership to identify personnel needs, hiring profiles, and workforce planning strategies.
Create and execute recruiting strategies and plans to reach qualified candidates through both conventional means and more creative programs.
Measure effectiveness and return on investment for each recruiting strategy and optimize programs.
Develop an effective pipeline of top talent available for immediate and future hire as staffing needs dictate.
Leverage online recruiting resources, personal and professional networks, and in-house team to identify and recruit the top candidates.
Create and foster relationships with colleges and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit the best candidates.
Review candidate resumes, credentials, and perform initial phone screens for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.
Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare candidates for interviewing by providing detailed information on the company, our business strategy, department background, job descriptions, and expectation-setting.
Organize, lead, and document post-interview debrief/feedback and post-mortems with interview teams and candidates.
Perform detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis on selected candidates and review results with hiring managers.
Conduct follow-up calls and quality-improvement studies with hiring managers and new hires.
Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities.
Ensure timely communications with all candidates and hiring managers.
Work with recruiting team to improve interview training and interview process.
3-5 Years of experience recruiting experience in a corporate environment or agency staffing
