As the Corporate Recruiter you will be responsible for recruitment, head hunting, screening and interviewing of candidates for exempt and non exempt positions throughout Methodist ElderCare and affiliates. This position further assists in the general Human Resources day to day functions including retention programs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Online recruitment for company with 500+ positions
  • Manage online Customer Relation Management System - applicant tracking
  • Track effectiveness and placement of staff
  • Strategically identifies current staff for internal promotions
  • Pre screen applications
  • Attend local job fairs
  • Build relationships with area high schools and colleges
  • Budgets recruitment costs and compares annual contracts
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years experience in recruitment
  • Experience with online recruiting
  • Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, HRIS systems
  • High energy & positive outlook
  • Must maintain confidentiality with employee files and in compliance with HIPPA regulations
  • Proficient in interpersonal relations and communicative skills is a must\
  • Must have a clear criminal background for working with the elderly
