Must be able to identify, interview, and place top talent by utilizing creative sourcing methods and advance recruitment research techniques, including; networking, referrals, direct recruiting and web-based methods.
Pro-actively establish short and long-term recruiting strategies; collaborating with our HR Team to design specific recruitment and selection processes, considering headcount, internal variables, and budgetary considerations to ensure departmental and organizational needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Proactively communicating with HR Generalists, Managers, and Supervisors as to the status of the open positions.
Complete reference checks and offers. Initiate background checks and employment testing.
Represent Zumba at targeted job fairs and other employment events.
Other duties as assigned.
Develop creative sourcing strategies to build appropriate pipelines to meet hiring goals.
Actively participating in meetings to stay current with immediate and future hiring needs
Bachelor’s Degree with 5-7 years of recruiting experience preferred or 10 plus years as a Corporate recruiter in lieu of degree
Proven ability to source via internet search tools, as well as non-traditional sourcing methods.
Strong interpersonal, problem solving, decision making, negotiating, and organizational skills.
Ability to coach the hiring team and guide them through the recruitment process
The ability to effectively interact externally with the public and internally with all levels of employees.
Ability to persuade and influence decision makers
Prior experience with applicant tracking systems and other sourcing tools
Demonstrated ability to manage projects while effectively self-prioritizing individual workload.
Strong communication and computer skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Demonstrated ability to work with highly confidential information.
