At Citrix Online Services Division were are
seeking inside sales professionals to join our, dynamic company.
You are our number one resource for connecting customers to our products. You are responsible for understanding our customers’ needs and matching them to Citrix Online product that makes the most sense for them. As a sales representative, you are also responsible for providing the great customer service we are known for, and (this is super-important) having fun while doing it.
This position is full time and based at our Bedford office. You will be part of a team that works hard, plays hard, and has a positive work/life balance. You will be responsible for applying a thorough understanding of Citrix Online Services Division products, sales methodology, processes, prospecting techniques and further developing our customer base. Your focus will be selling to our existing small and medium business accounts, with companies that have 11-1000 employees who will benefit from remote Web-based collaboration for technical support, Web-based meetings and collaboration tools, and remote desktop access
of your day-to-day activities may include but are not limited to, following up on customer inquiries, conducting account reviews, outbound prospecting in to new departments for cross selling opportunities, qualifying, solution selling, negotiation and closing within your assigned
accounts. You will be responsible for representing the entire Citrix Online product line; demonstrating and selling effectively; and applying knowledge of competitive landscape and broad collaboration market. As a Corporate Sales Representative (CSR), you will provide guidance and mentoring regarding techniques and best practices to our other CSRs.
Prioritize and follow up on and closing customer requests in your assigned accounts for Citrix Online products. Proactively develop and manage a mix of small and large opportunities, while focusing on closing deals with a high likelihood of success.
Proactively cultivate new business by prospecting into your assigned accounts and develop new opportunities in additional departments and with additional corporate contacts. Effectively qualify opportunities by applying extensive sales experience and Citrix Online product knowledge to solve the business needs of the customer.
Successfully apply an understanding of the tactics of driving a deal to closure & be able to identify key decision makers in the sales cycle. Obtains repeat business, referrals and references by applying understanding of the unique requirements of the key decision makers (sales, marketing, finance, etc); coaches others regarding best practices and techniques
Ability to strategically manage assigned accounts and sales processes, and where appropriate, leverage Citrix Corporate Sales team. Participates and works with management and other Corporate Account Executives to make recommendations on best practices in win competitive selling scenarios.
Provides Sales Management with accurate sales forecasts and reports on sales activities and projects as requested in a timely fashion
Learns new product releases and enhancements and develops sales opportunities in the customer base to maximize revenue and customer loyalty
Develop and execute strategies for generating new business opportunities/new product sales and other matters related to new revenue generation and rapport development within assigned accounts.
Develop strategic account plans and engage other internal team members to execute on deliverables and customer satisfaction.
Ensures company policies and sales processes are being followed by communicating and modeling desired behaviors Provides a consultative sales approach through an extended sales cycle to consistently meet or exceed quota
Qualifications and Requirements
Knowledge and Skills
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Able to penetrate and engage conversations at the “C” level.
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize time effectively
Ability to multi task while prioritizing sales.
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
Proven ability to work on a sales team and leverage sales and company resources
The ability to lead, motivate and energize both internal and external team members to produce a winning effort.
4+ years inside sales or equivalent experience in a rapidly changing dynamic environment required.
The ability to participate in an environment that is innovative and oriented toward excellence
Proven record of success with developing prospecting list, cold calling, customer expansion and telephone sales required; technology sales required
Demonstrated record of success communicating effectively via telephone and email with customers and successful track record of meeting and/or exceeding revenue quota.
Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred
