The Corporate Sales Representative for Good is responsible for selling into install base customers and developing net new customers and maintaining a customer and prospect base for Good products and services over the phone or web. This position places outbound calls to existing and new mid-market companies to introduce Good solutions and will receive calls from customers and prospects. This is a quota bearing position.
Keys to success:
- Meet monthly sales goals as assigned for all Good products and services.
- Work with prospects and customers who require solutions that can be closed over the phone.
- Deliver online presentations and demonstrations.
- Target prospects according to title, fit, geography, company size, and ranked priority.
- Ability to call at all levels within an organization and determine quickly the decision maker.
- Complete sales orders and other documentation required for close of a deal.
- Work revenue opportunities through closure.
Responsibilities include :
- A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible follow-up and cold calling in to multiple levels within an organization.
- Experience in inside sales where reactive and proactive calling were the primary forms of Inside Sales. Skills required:
- Pre-call planning
- Opportunity qualification and objection handling
- Call structure and control
- Time and territory management
- Selling to technical staff and “C” level executives.
- Familiarity with solution selling techniques.
- Knowledge and experience working with a CRM system, specifically salesforce.com.
- Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills.
- Team player.
- BS/BA Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5 – 10 years telesales/inside sales or related experience in a B2B outbound environment.
Bonus Points for:
- Mobility and Software experience.
- Background in leading high-tech companies such as Oracle, Salesforce.com, Cisco, amongst others preferable.
