The Regus CAM Support Specialist is responsible for providing sales support to all Regus Corporate Clients and Corporate Account Directors throughout the entire sales process. The CAM Support Specialist will also have responsibility for managing the entire renewal process for our Corporate Clients.
The Regus CAM Support Specialist is tasked with the creation of all documents needed during the negotiation phase of the sale up to and including the final agreement. The CAM Support Specialist will partner with the Corporate Account Directors as well as working directly with the client.
The Regus CAM Support Specialist will manage and monitor the renewal process for all of our Corporate Clients. They will be responsible for creating the renewals in Regus’ CRM system as well as creating the renewal document. The Support Specialist will work with the Corporate Account Directors and Center Managers to ensure that the renewal information is accurate and given to the client in a timely manner. The Support Specialist will partner with the Corporate Account Directors to ensure that the renewal is returned to our Corporate Office prior to the expiration date.
Duties and Responsibilities
Research and create all proposals, addendums and agreements with accurate information within 24 hours for domestic locations; 48 hours for international locations
Accurately and efficiently create all renewals in a timely manner and record in the relevant CRM system.
The TC will communicate and verify all information on the OneStep with both the CAD and the GM
Research and create Client Location Reports for all of our CADs and Inside Sales Managers
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Hiring Criteria
High School degree or equivalent
College degree preferred but not required.
A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
Excellent telephone selling skills including clear communication, fast responses, quick thinking and an outgoing personality that translates over the phone.
Highly competent in objection handling
Self starter who can work with direction but little supervision.
Intermediate level with computer and applications such as MS Office, email and CRM systems.
