This position is responsible for providing administrative support for the Security Department to internal and external customers by preparing reports, collecting and analyzing data, designing presentations, scheduling and coordinating meetings, agendas and minutes; and supporting specialized projects. Interacts with internal and external customers, handles problems directed to the department in a sensitive, mature and confidential manner.
Reads and directs incoming mail and faxes to appropriate recipients.
Schedules meetings, prepares agendas and other meeting materials; completes and distributes minutes.
Reviews monthly reports prepared in a variety of departments for accuracy and reasonableness and resolves discrepancies with managers.
Orders supplies and verifies incoming invoices to ensure that expenses are reasonable and controlled.
Creates and updates departmental logs (including monthly alarm testing and training logs).
Keeps track of billing and service at store locations involving equipment.
Conducts review of daily health checks of video equipment and maintains a log of checks. Assist with issuing and deleting alarm codes for store staff.
Researches and organizes data for internal investigations.
Researches accounts and activity in bank systems.
File investigator files.
Enter cases in Case Management System.
Completes BTE request for charge offs.
Retrieves and verifies information and produces management and monthly reports for the Security Department.
Designs, prepares and edits group emails, reports, policies and procedures and presentations.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work is performed in an office setting. Working extended hours may be required as needed. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
