Oversees and responsible for full cycle recruiting efforts for all InterDigital locations

Responsibilities:
  • Develop recruitment programs, budgets, and collateral to attract applicants and to fill specific job openings.
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, policies and procedures to ensure efficient and proper hiring processes.
  • Develop and maintain network to help identify and source qualified candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and review approved job requisitions with hiring managers prior to posting
  • Work with external recruiters and employment agencies to identify and recruit candidates.
  • Reviews and edits job descriptions written by others.
  • Write and place job advertising in various media.
  • Review candidate resumes. Initiate contact with candidates for further screening and refers qualified candidates to hiring managers for feedback.
  • Coordinate candidate interview process, including scheduling and approval for candidate travel
  • Ensures that travel arrangements are made and all pre and post interview logistics are handled.
  • Manage and negotiate preferred vendor agreements (contingency agreements, recruitment advertising, etc.)
  • Develop and coordinate internal job posting program and writes job postings.
  • Coordinate and participate in college job fairs.
  • Develop and maintain contacts with schools, alumni groups, and other public organizations to find and attract applicants.
  • Partner with Legal Dept on candidate and employee immigration issues (PERM advertising and candidate screening, LCA postings, etc.)
  • Utilize Internet online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates.
  • Manages consultant selection and hire process.
  • Liaison between candidates and relocation services vendor.
  • Performs reference and background checks on applicants.
  • Maintains recruiting files such as employment requisitions, resume tracking, interview schedules.

Qualifications:

BS Degree

5+ years corporate staffing
