You’ll want this job if you like to obsess over sharing knowledge and customer satisfaction, enjoy presenting to new and existing customers, and want to work on a small team but have a big impact.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Coordinate training schedules with the customer and understand training demands.
Formulate training outline and determine instructional methods such as individual and group training.
Facilitate training courses through online or onsite training sessions.
Select or develop training aids such as training handouts, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference guides.
Assist customers with usage concerning "how to" perform specific tasks related to Fuze.
Make suggestions on improving training procedures.
Develop strong relationship with all customers to develop course materials and receive feedback.
Help develop Fuze training materials for new-hire internal training.
Positively promote the Fuze Box product in every customer interaction.
Travel may be required depending on customer needs up to 50% max.
WHAT YOU NEED:
BA/BS in Communications, Education, or Business
4+ years delivering technical training and authoring content to various audience
Previous training experience in a technology or software company highly desirable.
Well-versed in Windows and Mac and desktop software applications.
Experience presenting to large audiences from all backgrounds.
Demonstrated record of strong customer-facing skills and ability to build and sustain ongoing customer relationships; ability to practice excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to work within and team or independently with a high degree of personal initiative and self-motivation.
Ability to properly track and communicate problems, resolutions, and action items to the customers and managers.
