The Corporate Trainer will be tasked to train, evaluate, and guide new and existing store personnel on current and up-and-coming Verizon and DISH Network policies, customer service techniques and skills, products and services, product cost analysis, and more.
This position requires extensive traveling to and from different regions and store locations within the company. Must have an acceptable Driver's License to the company's insurance carrier .
Conduct, monitor, and evaluate classroom-style training orientations and activities of store personnel attending training sessions
Assess training needs through surveys and interviews with employees and management
Develop alternative training methods if improvements are not being made
Create and present learning content using a variety of instructional techniques and formats, including classroom and manuals
Maintain current training, procedures, products, and technique manuals

High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
1+ year of Classroom Training experience
Prior experience with Content/Assessment Development required
Experience in a Retail Environment is a plus
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus!
Strong verbal, written, planning, and organizational skills
Knowledge of Verizon Wireless and DISH Network products and services
Able to work independently and in a team environment for training purposes
Extensive customer service knowledge, techniques, skills, and ability
Curriculum development, training design, and teaching instruction principles
