OBJECTIVES OF POSITION
This is primarily a data-entry position, although responsibilities include, but are not limited to: sorting, logging, tracking, researching, updating, responding and resolving incoming correspondence. Representatives perform various account maintenance duties through service request matrix. Must have knowledge and adhere to commonly used concepts, practices, compliance approved procedures and be within assigned duties and responsibilities.
Ensure individual and departmental goals are met by providing service to the customer. This may include processing service requests, approving and verifying authorized requests, processing of documents, inputting or updating system information and resolving issue’s.
Research customer questions or problems concerning their account. Make necessary corrections and follow-up with the customer if necessary.
The ability to free-form written letters to customers with a strong emphasis on the mortgage process using frequently used industry terms.

Post high school education preferred
Computer experience required

Type 45+ WMP
Strong oral and written communication skills

Customer service attitude, strong numerical aptitude, organized and detail oriented
Previous experience with ‘Word’ and ‘Excel’
Good at deduction thinking
Able to effectively manage time and schedule
Able to follow verbal and written instructions
Self motivated with a sense of urgency to get the job done
