CorsiTech has an immediate opening for a Process Engineer at its plant facility located in Corsicana, Texas. CorsiTech is a batch chemical operation producing a wide range of chemicals. In this role, the incumbent will work in the engineering department. He/She will be expected to apply scientific skills to existing chemical applications, and develop improvements to the process, and support engineering projects. This includes supporting daily operations and developing projects to improve safety, reliability, productivity and quality.
Key leader in supporting safe operations including management of change and process hazard analysis.
Provide process support for the batch chemical plant.
Provide project engineering/management for smaller capital projects
Provide process support to larger capital projects.
Track performance of the plant and develop projects to improve safety, reliability, quality and productivity.
Interface with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing groups and outside contractors.
Minimum of 5 years of plant experience (batch operation preferred)
Experience with MI programs and Maintenance support preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or related sciences
Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
Excellent computer skills

Strong problem analysis skills
Must be able to perform in a team environment
DCS experience preferred
