Analyzes labor and indirect expenses.
Identifies variances to plan and potential issues to upper levels of management Develops functional budgets for annual operating plan (AOP).
Responsible for oversight of an overhead pool.
Responsible for forward pricing rate submission for assigned pool.
Analyzes pool overhead expenses and trends to assist management with variances to overhead rates.
Anticipates, identifies and resolves issues.
May perform special analysis on varying topics as determined.
BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
10 years experience in finance, accounting, or program environment is desired or 8 years of experience with a MBA.
Preferred Additional Skills:
Strong Excel knowledge
Must have strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
Must be self-directed, proactive, and possess leadership skills.
Must be able to work in a team environment.
