Effective December 9, 2013 LVHN will begin testing all newly hired employees for nicotine and nicotine metabolites at the time of the pre-placement physical assessment to verify their response to the nicotine use question in the pre-placement medical form. The use of nicotine is
an automatic disqualifier of employment with LVHN.
High school graduate or GED required.
Must demonstrate the ability to prioritize and work independently and in a stressful, changing environment. Demonstrates knowledge of PC’s, and other related devices and software. Successful completion of departmental training and orientation required. Must be able to lift packages up to and including 50 pounds. Must possess excellent communication skill. Must be able to interact effectively and efficiently with all levels of staff and management.
Influenza vaccination will be required for all personnel working within LVHN, who have patient contact, unless medically contraindicated or due to a bona fide religious belief or practice.
Current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation motor vehicle drivers license required.
