The Creative Director, Strategic Sales will report to the Director

of the Strategic Sales Team, and will work on the following:
Collaboration with the World-wide sales team and customers
to concept, create, and then present transformative solutions
coming in the form of everything from wireframes to ‘tappable’
prototypes, to 3D multimedia presentations

and UI design complemented with crowdsourcing as needed

Creation of a bank of reusable assets that enable us to
rapidly prototype a custom and absolutely branded demo

Supporting the creation of a scalable
methodology that enables for the efficient and repeatable creation
of compelling deliverables for use in sales campaigns

Complementing the efforts of technical architects through
the articulation of a precise implementation strategy to deliver
on vision

Leveraging a growing bank of customer
success stories to build momentum and win deals

Responsible for the management, creation, and quality of
creative deliverables

Acts as a team player with
ability to work and communicate effectively with cross-functional
teams and a variety of roles

Perform user
interviews with both external customers and internal Appirio

Work within the prescribed agile
software development methodology

Candidate Profile

At least 5 years in user-focused application

At least 5 years in sales or sales
support roles

A degree in human-computer
interaction, web/graphic design, or equivalent experience

Knowledge of the latest design and usability

Great communication skills and positive

Ability to take direction and work in a
tight-knit, team-oriented culture

A passion for
collaboration and a willingness to think outside the box to
develop amazing cloud-based applications

Comfortable working with remote teams

Highly Desired Skills and Experience

Modern graphics and presentation technologies

Understanding of cloud-based application development


The position is open to all US locations. Travel nearing 50% may be
required depending on in-person sales support meetings.
