This individual will work closely with internal business partners in the development of fully integrated marketing projects and campaigns. Digital deliverables include but not limited to user-experience design, creative for online web pages, websites, online banner ads, mobile, email, and other interactive tools that support the brand and experience. Print deliverables include but not limited to first-call/sales presentations, internal/external meeting materials, booth design and handouts, brochures, newsletters and other printed materials that support the brand and experience. The Creative Director will manage a team that includes: graphic designers, web designers, and various contract support resources including but not limited to user experience designers, print production, and presentation specialists. Must have strong operational and managerial experience to guide and mentor the team.

This position will partner with solutions marketing, business strategists and leaders as the lead creative voice. The Creative Director will also provide ongoing collaboration with the customer facing teams providing digital thought leadership for prospective business opportunities, including customer/demo videos, RFP response, awards, etc.

Responsibilities
  • The Creative Director’s primary purpose is to lead, elevate, create and inspire the print and digital teams from concept to project launch while providing thought leadership and direction throughout the creative process

Education and Required Experience
  • B.S. Degree in Marketing or Graphic Design or similar Degree
  • 3-5 years Brand Management Experience
  • 3-5 years of Creative Direction Leadership
  • Analytical thinking & planning
  • Solution driven with ability to collaborate, problem solve, and committed to internal and external customer service
  • Possess excellent presentation skills, written & verbal communication, interpersonal, influencing and relationship building skills
  • Strategic thinking & planning
  • Adaptable, flexible, and attention to quality and fluctuating workload
