Design, develop and produce credit reporting and portfolio risk analysis that serve as effective risk management tools for Bremer corporate, regional, and bank executive management. Develop systems, tools, and reports that will add increased capability to more sophisticated aspects of credit portfolio risk management, including loan risk rating, stress testing, decision/risk models, and the allowance for loan and lease losses. Support effective data acquisition and management, working closely with Region Credit Centers, Technology and Finance/Accounting. Analyze portfolio data for critical risk issues, trends, concerns, and opportunities.

Qualifications:
Combination of education and experience which enables the incumbent to be successful in the job, generally acquired through the attainment of at least a bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience, preferably with one or more of the following lines of business: commercial and industrial lending, agribusiness lending, commercial real estate, consumer lending, mortgage, or small business lending. Graduate degree or advanced level course work a plus. Advanced knowledge of SQL programming and SQL reporting technologies, including database manipulation skills needed for data identification, preparation, collection, and extraction. Prior experience or training in Business Objects is desirable. Advanced statistical modeling skills are desired but not required. Ability to interact with all levels in the organization to present clear and compelling recommendations based on data. Demonstrated ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and creatively solve problems. Ability to identify issues and important relationships and break complex problems into manageable, actionable parts; ability to multi-task with a high degree of organization; resourceful; self-directed; strong follow-through; excellent written, verbal, and communication skills; and ability to work within a team environment.
