Essential duties and responsibilities
  • Obtain new customer information and setting up of new accounts
  • Responsible for auditing current and potential customer files
  • Maintain accounts in computer system
  • Support National Credit Manager & Credit Representatives
  • Assist with all aspects of administrative duties
  • Schedule meetings
  • Prepare meeting minutes
  • Organize and accurately maintain filing system of confidential information
  • Creating spreadsheets and presentations
  • Prepare and mail all Fed Ex packages
  • Compose emails and correspondence with external and internal customers
  • Operate office machines, such as photocopiers, scanners, facsimile machines and personal computers
  • Handle travel arrangements for staff
  • Order appropriate documentation for files
  • Preparing expense reports

Basic Qualifications

  • Thorough understanding of Word and Excel
  • Oracle knowledge preferred

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, but not necessary
  • 1-2 years experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Knowledge of Oracle 11.1
  • Ability to meet stringent deadlines while managing multiple tasks
  • Effective problem solving skills
  • Flexible and easily adapt to change
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced, high energy environment
  • Good internal and external customer service skills
