The position of Credit Analyst will report in through the Senior Director overseeing the Order-to-Cash domain. General responsibilities include day-to-day credit risk management, dispute resolution, delivery of key performance metrics, approval of credit limit requests based on AOL’s credit limit scoring model, as well as maintaining effective relationships will all internal and external customers.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Verify and process requests for credit

• Verify that credit limits comply with applicable policies and procedures

• Prepare periodic analysis of customer credit lines

• Monitor accounts to ensure credit limits are adequate

• Monitor news networks for information pertaining to the financial stability of AOL clients

• Resolve discrepancies

• Assist in month end closing and ad-hoc reporting

Education and Experience :

Required experience:

• Knowledge of credit practices

• Strong customer service/communication skills

• Basic computer/excel skills

The following experience is not required but is recommended:

• Knowledge of general accounting principles and financial statement analysis

• Knowledge of relevant computer applications

• Advanced computer skills

• 1-3 years of experience
