Note: this position will work full-time in our corporate office in Charleston, West Virginia.
The Credit Analyst analyzes current credit data and financial statements of individuals or firms to determine the degree of risk involved in granting extended payment terms. The Credit Analyst also prepares reports with this credit information for use in decision-making.

Contact past due policyholders regarding policies and owed amounts in order to avert policy cancellation.
Analyze financial information received from policyholders in order to offer payment options.
Communicate directly with policyholders and representatives from other BrickStreet units as well as certain government agencies.
Plan and direct meetings with policyholders to resolve past due amounts.
Review policies with refunds pending, following completion of payroll audits entered.
Approve policyholder refunds of less than $24,000.
Use spreadsheets to calculate amounts owed by policyholders and to provide breakdown of premium, surcharges and fees, and payments made on policy.

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
One to two years’ previous collection experience preferred.
