Summary . Provide financial analysis and related support functions to Regional Credit Officer and Regional Lenders.

Essential Functions . Ø

Prepare managerial reports on Excel Ø

Conduct sophisticated financial analysis using Excel and financial/tax analysis software Ø

Conduct specific industry analysis Ø

Preparation of credit approval memorandums Ø

Perform Appraisal Reviews Ø

Perform calculation of financial ratios Ø

Prepare board reports Ø

Perform Inspections; Construction, Inventory and Floor Plans Ø

Conduct initial review and loan review as directed Ø

Assist in the approval, review and maintenance of participation loans Ø

Assist in preparation of budget and budget reports Ø

Recognize opportunities and make referrals for products and services to include separate lines of business

Education, Experience, Competencies and Skills .

Required: Ø

Communicate effectively and positively Ø

4 or more years of related analyst experience or Bachelor Degree in related field Ø

Demonstrated skills and knowledge of MS-Windows, Microsoft Office and other applicable software Ø

Proficient in Excel Ø

Current valid Driver’s License and meet insurance requirements as deemed for use of company vehicle

Preferred: Ø

Accounting/Finance Business Bachelor Degree Ø

Previous experience in the lending field Ø

Financial and Tax Analysis Software

Physical and Mental Requirements . Ø

Ability to work seated, using a computer for extended periods of time Ø

Ability to drive a vehicle Ø

Ability to walk stand and climb stairs Ø

Ability to lift up to 10 pounds Ø

Must be self-motivated as well as able to work in a “team environment” Ø

Ability to perform complex mathematical calculations Ø

Ability to carry out complex written instructions. Ø

Ability to read and understand complex regulations. Ø

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and vendors Ø

Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing. Ø

Ability to work independent of daily supervision. Ø

Ability to calmly handle stressful situations. Ø

Ability to read and learn written procedures and policies and the ability to apply those policies and procedures to situations and arrive at acceptable decisions. Ø

Ability to work with deadlines and time pressure.

Working Conditions . Ø

Eight-hour workday; variations in work volume sometimes require extended working hours Ø

Normal office environment for approximately 80% of job duties. Local and/or regional travel including exposure to noise, dust and temperature fluctuations for approximately 20% of job duties
