· Provide performance feedback, coaching and mentoring to a team of up to ( 3) Credit Supervisors and ( 35) Credit Authorizers

· Manage department production flow in call center-like environment including, but not limited to, new credit applications, authorization transactions and related phone calls

· Provide real-time guidance and direction to team in support of timely and accurate lending decisions

· Provide direction and coaching to influence the department’s key performance indicators

· Contribute to and ensure adherence with staffing and scheduling strategy to ensure all service level commitments are achieved ( call answer rate and transaction response time)

· Ensure profitable credit decisions are made in a timely manner

· Ensure all contact with internal and external customers is executed with a focus on outstanding service

· Interact professionally with field personnel regarding credit approval and account related questions

· Conduct team meetings and individual one on ones with supervisors

· Ability to develop the skills and proficiency of team members

· Complete various other assigned project initiatives

Must be able to work a flexible schedule; Regular Weekday Schedule - shifts starting anywhere from 9AM - 2PM and ending between 5:30 PM and 10:30 PM. Must be available to work rotating Saturday shifts. Day off during the week when work Saturdays. Every weekend, Saturday and Sunday, during holiday periods including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Mid- November to December 24th. Will be required to work additional hours per week during peak periods and as business needs.
