Job Description

This Individual will lead the operational and analytical support of the credit card functions for SVO's 22 resorts and 40 Home Owner Associations in 6 states, Mexico and the Caribbean. Responsibilities will include the monthly production of credit card fees metrics for uploading to the financials; reporting on monthly credit card and resort cashiering activities, for the Developer, Management and HOA business segments. Report on and provide feedback to on-site management on chargebacks and other operational issues involving credit cards. Support the preparation of credit card budget/forecast and the quarterly credit card summary and provide timely responses to internal and external customer inquiries. Manage and administer six credit card gateway systems, applications and implementations. Key roles (evaluation,training and audit) in SVO's ongoing PCI maintenance and other initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting
Strong analytical skills with heavy attention to details
High Degree of proficiency in Micro Soft Office Systems; Excel, Power Point, Access and Monarch
Excellent time management and organizational sills; ability to manage multiple projects
Self motivated with ability to be flexible and work under time constraints in changing environment
Ability to build and manage strong internal and external relationships; work well senior management, IT and credit card acquires
Make day to day decisions on credit card operations; process improvements; point person for incident responses
