The Senior Implementation and Servicing Advisor role, in partnership with the Product Advisory Sales team, will participate in pre-sales meetings with prospects and clients, serving as a resource to describe and demonstrate the capabilities of the different Credit Card programs available at SVB. Responsible for analytical and support functions that facilitate Business Credit Card sales effort directly with clients. Focuses on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions. Responsible for independently assessing clients' needs, processing product enrollment and service specifications and provide onboarding training. Acts as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants and Implementation and Servicing Advisors. Advises internal product management, operations and external clients on overall solutions. This role will work with Product Management to lead all implementation development efforts to produce the required tools for new product or service offerings or product enhancements. Will work closely with Sales, Product Management and others in coordinating the BCC client onboarding implementation (which is different for every client). Provide daily assistance and credit card operational support for internal and external customers.

Skills and Requirements:
A Bachelors Degree in a business related field or equivalent experience is required. 5+ years experience in the Commercial Card industry with a proven knowledge of industry offerings and capabilities. 3+ years client facing customer experience. 2+ years of Project Management experience. Card Issuer implementation experience preferred.
