Processes transactions and ensures proper account postings. Interacts with account executives, service agencies and customers to process credit applications. Contacts customers by phone and in writing to address payment abnormalities and/or past-due balances. Researches account history and makes recommendations for appropriate collection action. Performs day-to-day office functions in absence of Credit Manager. Work schedule is 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays.
