Heights Finance Corporation is a leading consumer finance organization located in the Midwest with over 100 branches in six states. We currently seek a dynamic individual to join our team in the position of Credit Manager in our Dexter, MO location.

The Credit Manager will assist the Branch Manager in all aspects of branch performance including lending, collecting, asset quality and profitability.
-Collections of past due accounts
-Processing new business applications
-Closing loans and promoting products
-Help branch mail solicitation program
-External phone and counter solicitation
's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications
- Strong customer service skills required
- Prior collections experience
- Strong organization skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Some travel required
Chosen candidate will be required to successfully complete drug, background and credit screenings.
