POSITION Credit Representative

REPORTS TO USA National Credit Manager

Essential duties and responsibilities
  • Credit and collection for assigned accounts
  • Perform collection calls and report hold processing
  • Reconcile and resolve customer disputes and variances
  • Work closely with customers, sales representatives, customer service/warranty representatives, and upper management in overseeing accounts
  • Account records are to be maintained and well documented
  • Perform regular updates on assigned accounts. Current financial information to be sought out, reviewed and kept on file
  • Administrative duties include answering phones, filing, research, etc.
  • Auditing of customer files
  • Financial Statement analysis
  • Inventory analysis
  • Monthly statement audit
  • Attend monthly meetings with COO/CFO to discuss past due accounts
  • Other duties assigned

Basic Qualifications
  • Customer focus

  • Ability to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities
  • Proven experience being a team player
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Thorough understanding of Word and Excel
  • Oracle knowledge preferred
  • 1-3 years of credit and collection experience
  • Proven excellent customer service skills
  • Some accounting experience
  • Be able to juggle multiple priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, but not necessary
  • Knowledge of Oracle 11.1
  • Ability to meet stringent deadlines while managing multiple tasks
  • Effective problem solving skills
  • Flexible and easily adapt to change
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced, high energy environment
  • Good internal and external customer service skills
