Summary

Reviews and analyzes consumer and/or commercial credit applications that are not automatically approved or declined by ACE. Receives request from cardholders that involves credit decisions. Works within client defined credit policies to insure accurate credit decisions. Reviews applications for possible fraud. Provides quality customer service in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

Under direct supervision, approves and declines consumer and/or commercial credit applications. Reviews credit decision requests such as: credit line increases, reopening of accounts and to remove a co-applicant. This may involve establishing oral and written communications with the applicant to obtain additional information. May be responsible for daily tracking of individual productivity. May be responsible for processing rush applications via fax and telephone. Has the ability to handle requests that are basic and routine; refers more complex issues to senior staff. Maintains acceptable levels of productivity and quality. Develops and applies basic skills in procedures, processes and techniques appropriate for this position.

Qualifications

Education/Experience

High School diploma or equivalent and 0 to 2 years specialized training/related experience. Appropriate TSYS experience is preferred.
