Sigue corp. is looking for temporary staff with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Fluent in Spanish

**Must be able to complete a 2 week training in La Mirada, CA

Title: Agent Representative
Location: San Fernando, Ca
Temporary assignment for 4-6 months (40 hours a week- $12/hour)

  • Spanish fluency
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Analytical experience
  • Bank experience is a plus
  • Perform and analyze Credit reports
  • Review agent data base record, paper form contracts and documents to comply with state quarterly audits policies and procedures
  • Review and confirm the reception of agent training acknowledge for all new activations (agents)
  • Provide weekly updated of files reviewed and completed
  • Maintains ongoing communication with key GM

's, via phone, face to face or email Completes and submits required form request for agent account cancellations or activation Coordinates the overall new agent files with sales & corresponding departments Fills out and signs off agent checklist form on agent's record after verifying completion Review miscellaneous information in the systems to ensure all information required is completed
