USC Credit Union (USCCU) has an immediate opening for full time, benefits-eligible member service representatives at our Health Science Campus branch. Our member service representatives are multi-talented "floaters" responsible for helping USC's students, alumni, faculty and staff achieve their financial dreams by serving in many different locations (i.e., 3 branches in an 8 mile radius) and roles, including teller, financial service representative, contact center representative, operations support specialist, and branch receptionist. From opening new accounts to identifying member needs and fulfilling them with value-added credit union consumer loans, mortgage loans, high yield deposit accounts and low-cost transaction services, our member service staff has a single purpose: to act only in the best interest of our 55,000 member/owners. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding inter-personal skills and will relish the opportunity to serve in many different capacities. A bachelor's degree and two (2) years financial institution sales and service experience is preferred, though extraordinary candidates from other service arenas will be considered.
