Job Description:
Integrated Justice Systems International (IJSI) is a
highly focused joint venture supported by Tetra Tech DPK
(Tt DPK) (www.dpkconsulting.com), the leading consulting
firm specializing in helping developing countries
strengthen the rule of law and the administration of
justice.
On behalf of IJSI, Tetra Tech DPK is currently
recruiting short and long-term criminal justice experts
with experience in rule of law and complex international
field projects to serve on Criminal Justice Program
Support (CJPS) missions for The Department of State
Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement
Affairs (INL). Program countries include but are not
limited to Afghanistan, Haiti, Iraq, Kosovo, Lebanon,
Liberia, Mexico (and other Central American countries)
South Sudan, and the West Bank. Missions may be short or
long-term in duration and may require rapid
mobilization. Long-term positions require a one-year
commitment. Positions are contingent on task order
award.

Job Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of prior experience working in
international criminal justice or rule of law
  • Demonstrated excellence in at least one of the
following areas: serious crimes prosecution,
police-prosecutor coordination, narcotics,
forensics, financial crimes, alternative dispute
resolution/victim conciliation, court
administration, judicial training, and legal reform
  • Experience in strengthening of criminal justice
policies, procedures, and management systems
overseas
  • Prior experience on international donor-funded rule
of law projects required
  • Foreign language skills preferred
  • Knowledge of US Government regulations, including
FAR, and other procedures required
  • Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal skills
required
  • Experience in post-conflict and developing countries
  • Must be able to obtain medical clearance for service
in physically demanding international work
environments
  • Advanced academic degree from an accredited
university, JD preferred
  • Must hold or have the ability to obtain a U.S.
Department of Defense TOP SECRET-level security
clearance
  • Must be able to pass the following: company
reference and background investigation, medical and
psychological exam, 9-panel drug test and physical
endurance test
