JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Performs stewarding duties such as dishwashing, cleaning of equipment, floor cleaning, and trash removal as well as prepares food for the line and buffet production. Such prep pay include cold salads, meat trays, desserts, fruit and cheese trays, garnishes, and processing foodstuffs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)

-Prepares foodstuffs in large quantities while properly rotating and labeling. -Assists Sous Chef with food set up for buffet production. -Helps transport food and assists receiving in putting away food products. -Ability to suggest and describe desserts. -Maintains clean, safe and sanitary work area. -Keeps all refrigerators, freezers, and dry storage areas organized and cleaned daily. -Knowledge of correct operations of all kitchen equipment. -If emergency arises, may be required to work in front of the house operations. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None GAMING EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED
