Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage curriculum design and development
  • Design, develop and maintain training content in a variety of formats and delivery methods including web-based courseware, training guides, self-study workbooks, traditional and virtual instructor-led classes and lectures
  • Ensure training is innovative, engaging and effective for our students
  • Become an Adaptive Planning CPM product subject matter expert (SME)
  • Work with existing SME’s to determine best practices and recommendations
  • Develop supporting documentation such as course objectives, syllabus and instructor notes
  • Prepare base training environments for classroom deliveries
  • Contribute to certification exam and process
  • Create and maintain style guides
  • Instruct classes as needed
  • Incorporate relevant student feedback into updated training content
Required Skills/Experience:
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Prior experience with enterprise planning software and/or financial application software, experience with the Adaptive Planning suite is a plus
  • Strong financial and management accounting background
  • Substantial experience in designing and developing training content for adult learners
  • Experience building eLearning courses
  • Experience creating instructor-led training guides and self-study workbooks
  • Familiarity with graphic design elements appropriate for online instruction
  • Ability to manage and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong editing and proof reading abilities
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a software development company
  • Strong customer skills
  • Experience with web-authoring tools such as Camtasia or Captivate
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products – Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
