Maintains the integrity of County facilities and grounds to include all areas of cleanliness and maintenance; empties trash, dusts, cleans and disinfects bathroom, vacuums and washes windows as needed.
Valid Driver's License required. Must be able to work M-F 4 pm - 12:30 am. This is a full-time position with benefits.

Dusts chairs, tables, shelves, and other furniture and equipment.
Washes windows, walls, wood work, and venetian blinds; assembles scaffolding to reach windows.
Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms; replaces toilet paper and paper towels.
Vacuums, sweeps, and mops and buffs floors.
Places hazard signs to assure that the public is aware of potentially slick or wet floors.
Collects and disposes of refuse.
Cleans and polishes furniture, brass, and other metal and wood work.
Cleans sidewalks and outside areas of debris or snow and ice.
Replaces light bulbs.
Performs other light building maintenance and manual tasks.
Checks fire extinguishers as necessary.
Changes and/or cleans air filters on HVAC system.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
Education and Experience:
No prior experience or training is required.
Any combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
Licenses and Certifications:
Valid State Driver's License.
Background security clearance for County facilities
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Cleaning materials, methods, equipment and procedures.
Basic maintenance and routine repair techniques for equipment utilized in the performance of the essential functions of the job.
The operation and basic maintenance of all assigned equipment.
Mental and Physical Abilities:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one-or two-step instructions.
While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, speak and hear, and lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
