CarMax is searching for a Customer Advisor to consult with customers about vehicle repairs and maintenance. This individual will work as part of a larger team to provide exceptional customer service to our customers.
The Customer Advisor will discuss needed repairs with customers, create and review repair orders, route work to technicians, follow up with customers in a timely manner, communicate repair estimates, and maintain/exceed CarMax standards in both customer satisfaction and sales.
