Tracks and generates appropriate reports for management.
Actively participates in strategic planning sessions as required.
Reviews and routes WCSS PEGA customer complaints to appropriate colleague / department.
Monitors complaint cases for level of service compliance.
Research and resolve Error Resolution and WCSS PEGA cases assigned to PRU workbaskets.
Resolve Elder Abuse cases as received from security Investigative Referrals and report to appropriate county agency when necessary.
Maintain tracking for executive reporting. |
- Bachelors Degree
- 3 - 5 years Customer Service, or dispute resolution experience
