We are currently seeking a Customer Call Center Representative to respond to our customers' needs for supplies.

DUTIES

  • Accurately enter customers' supply orders placed by phone, email, or online chat
  • Using database, verify customer is under contract for supplies
  • Verify critical customer information such as name, address, phone number, etc. Update as needed and communicate update to other departments.
  • Interface with shipping department to ensure timely delivery of customer supplies
  • Communicate call concerns to management
  • Print and mail customer invoices
  • Distribute department invoices
  • Process credit invoices as requested by accounting department
  • Run reports and track status of unprocessed order
  • Process Federal Express shipments when necessary
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 6 months of call center experience
  • Proficiency in database management and data entry
  • Ability to type 45 words per minute
  • Ability to multi-task (type and talk)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Desire to provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability
  • Ability to work overtime during end of month and other peak periods *Accurately enter customers' supply orders placed by phone, email, or online chat
