Job Summary

This is an entry level Customer Care Center Representative (CCC Rep) position in Gulf Power's Call Center. The CCC Rep serves as the first contact for the entire Gulf Power Company service area in handling telephone calls to the Customer Care Center. CCC Reps must be willing to perform these duties within and outside of normal business hours to maintain 24 hour / 7 day per week telephone coverage, and be available for call out. Shift work is required - must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Responsibilities

Receive inbound calls

Assist customers with electrical service issues

Assist customers with program requests and emergency calls

Billing inquiries

Collections inquiries

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Customer service skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Excellent computer/keyboarding skills

Bilingual ability is a plus

Job Requirements

Be available to work any shift

Be successful on the EEI Customer Service Representative Test battery (by invitation only)

Be successful in passing our background check guidelines

Must live within one hour driving time of the Gulf Power Corporate Office (preferred) or be willing to relocate at your own expense.
