Coordinate all in-coming service requests and assign work orders to the customer care technicians and the subcontractors
Coordinate customer service complaints.
Assign help desk calls to Customer Care Technicians.
Generate work order summary.
Follow up with subcontractors.
Filing of summaries, work orders, letters, and email responses.
Create new homeowner files.
Schedule both contractors and construction managers.
Generate back charges when applicable.
Compile fax packets and work orders to daily log sheets.
Input work orders into CRM database.
Follow up calls to the homeowners and subcontractors.
Generate delinquent reports, close work orders from subcontractors, update summary notes in system.
Other duties as directed by Customer Care Manager.
Self starter, diversified, organizational skills, customer service skills. Computer literate with Work, Excel, Internet and Email.
Associate Degree or equivalent experience.
MUST have Construction knowledge
