FlipKey is seeking a Customer Outreach Associate, who will take responsibility for managing relationships with our independent vacation rental owner customers who list their properties with FlipKey. This individual will proactively contact current customers regarding various aspects of their accounts.

  • Proactively contact current customers via phone regarding various issues, including providing recommendations to help users learn how to optimize their property listing
  • Coach new users on how to use and make the most of the FlipKey Payments tools
  • Help existing users correct billing issues to remain active users
  • Assist customers in the completion of property listings to comply with FlipKey's guidelines and be published on the site
  • Manage users through their first traveler interactions and booking transactions using FlipKey
  • Conduct win-back and information gathering communications for customers leaving the program

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; high comfort level making outbound phone calls to current customers
  • High enthusiasm and interest working directly with customers and solving customer problems
  • Experience communicating directly with customers via phone preferred
  • Strong organization skills and attention to details
  • Interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Strong proficiency with Internet-based applications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Professional Services
