This Customer Care Representative is responsible for providing consumers with a quality customer experience. This service is conducted through the avenues of phone, mail processing and via the web. Individuals will provide resolutions to consumer questions and issues in a consultative and quality manner. The below duties are included in this role.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Consults with customers via mail, web, and over the telephone to process information, requests, or comments in an efficient manner
Follows up with outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction
Learns and utilizes client software and sells and/or services client products according to established performance guidelines
Demonstrates excellent communication, computer and data entry skills
Establishes and develops relationships with clients and co-workers
Resolves customer problems and complaints with a sense of urgency
Utilizes technology to create and retain consumer data and records
This job has no supervisory or leadership responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. One year customer service experience required, preferably in a call center.
