The Role: The Glam Girls are our membersĀ° besties and are there to answer the toughest beauty questions. The Glam Girls are personal, confident and fierce in resolving any community, customer or shipping issue. Responsibilities: Respond to customer emails in a friendly and professional way. Research complex situations and determine the best course of action.

Target timely response with one-message resolution. Provide thoughtful, strategic insight regarding customer needs and service-related trends to our product, marketing and technology team. Prepare accommodation orders and ship other ad hoc packages as necessary. Qualifications: Strong computer skills, particularly high level of comfort in web-based applications.

Strong written communication skills, particularly email. Ability to work in a team and collaborate. Flexible and entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable with change.
