The Customer Care Representative position is a customer service role responsible for receiving and responding to a high volume of customer comments via live calls, fax, email, and letters. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Answering customer questions and concerns in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensure that all information is entered into the customer care database and sent to the proper departments, franchisees and/or field staff.
HS diploma or GED required and 1+ years of related customer service/high volume call center experience preferred. Strong typing and/or computer skills are required.
