Currently, we have an opening for a Customer Care Associate in our Chatsworth, CA office.

Key Task & Responsibilities

· Processes, manages and activates Agent orders from entry to delivery

· Manages order expedites and shipments

· Responsible for product interpretation and validation with Agents and customers

· Maintain a relationship with our reps and provide them with the best support possible

· Utilize system tools such as Agile, IWQ, OMS, ABC Project Web, Unity, Controls Designer, M3 and others

· Liaise between the factory floor and internal/external customer

· Responds to internal and external customer emails and/or phone calls consistently to provide them with the most accurate and up to date information or solution

· Must be willing to learn new products, understand high level product structure and attributes

· Any problems that occur within the order are taken care of with a sense of urgency to satisfy the customer to the fullest

· Support interdepartmental needs


· 1 to 3 years customer care experience in a technical field/industry

· Must have at least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

· Must have excellent communicational skills: written and verbally

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work independently and as a team player

· Highly organized and detail oriented

· Plans time and works effectively

· Exhibits analytical and problem solving skills - Identifying critical situations and responding to them in a timely manner

· Using keen judgment and selecting solutions from team members before making critical decisions

· Must be able to apply analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve the request or problem

· Exposure to an Inside Sales environment preferred

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS · Associates Degree or higher preferred

- Hand dexterity is required
