Tonzof (formerly Tool King) is currently seeking support for our online sales & service team. We are an Internet retailer that is focused on selling hundreds of thousands of products to customers around the world.

This position would be great for an individual who is highly motivated and driven to succeed. There is potential room for advancement- based on one's attitude, willingness to learn & help others and communicate effectively.

Employee must be able to work a schedule anywhere between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. covering Monday through Fridays and possible overtime during the holidays.

Required Skills/Experience:
  • Minimum of 3+ years in an Administrative Support or Customer Support role.
  • Internet savvy and familiar with online retail.
  • Candidates must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure
  • Familiarity with online shopping sites such as Amazon, eBay,, etc.
  • Excellent writing skills along with punctuation and grammar are a must
  • Ability to multi-task is essential
  • Must be able to think independently and make decisions based on company policies in order to handle to completion the various types of customer calls and other miscellaneous tasks
  • Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast paced, detail oriented work environment
  • Work well within a team setting in order to collaborate and identify reasonable results
  • Ability to adapt quickly in order to accommodate the customer
  • Willing to do drug testing & background check as needed
Primary Responsibilities may include the following:
  • Communicating with customers over the phone, through e-mail and via help desk systems generally consisting of questions and concerns about products and orders from various sales channels.
  • Processing orders for customers for various products either over the phone or through e-mail.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments based on the needs of the customer.
  • Follow up with customers to the point of resolution.
  • Miscellaneous administrative duties.
