Responsibilities:
10-12 week paid internship providing the opportunity to have an impact on and learn within a small, fast-growing internet company.

Rotate across multiple aspects of the customer operations business to understand the excitement and challenges of supporting a product with a large, high-growth user base.

Work cross-functionally to identify and address specific project objectives which enhance team operations, improve productivity, and further our mission to provide customers with a great experience.

Help scale the way we offer product support and understand our customers and their needs.

Qualifications:
Customer-first mindset. Previous experience working with consumers a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate both externally (with customers) and internally (with various departments and levels within SurveyMonkey).

Strong initiative and ability to aptly handle ambiguity, competing priorities, and multitasking.

Currently enrolled in 2 or 4 year university with an educational focus on technology, business, marketing, design, communications, or operations.
