ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Recruit and onboard customers within defined territory to generate provider coverage and revenue
  • First point of contact w/customers, resolving customer requests to increase customer satisfaction
  • Monitor customer activities & results to decrease churn
  • Cultivate relationships within territory and broader community
  • Manage content for email templates, scripts, knowledgebase & customer FAQs to maintain consistent messaging
  • Continuous feedback to product development team to improve product functionality
  • Share best practices with peers across the department
  • Work with management on innovative ways to grow the territory and company
  • Support new company initiatives at the customer level
QUALIFICATIONS

  • College degree or equivalent education/work experience
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar customer-contact role establishing relationships and solving problems; background in sales a plus
  • Tech savvy experience working with CRM software and automation tools
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with data and accountability
  • A positive “can do” attitude with a desire to get things done
  • Experience in TakeLessons categories an added plus (e.g. tutor, music teacher, dance instructor)
