More details:
The CEM is responsible for establishing and developing relationships of trust with a portfolio of existing clients, providing guidance and valuable resources in a timely manner with tireless enthusiasm. Must be able to understand the pain points of each client and provide solutions . Should proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs, navigating within the various areas of Liferay to catalyze the solutions.

Measure of Success:
The measure of success for each CEM is an increase in customer retention and growth, as well as the success of customer projects and the increased visibility. Due to its unique vision, the best CEMs contribute significantly to efforts within the company including Support, Marketing, Events and Product Management wherever the opportunity arises.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure that customer needs are identified and met by providing them with guidance and resources

Identify and develop new opportunities

Assist clients with critical issues, including supporting them in project milestones

Documenting customers' projects, goals, and fundamental interactions

Promote Liferay events

Visit customers

Understand Liferay Portal’s strategic position compared to competitors and our value proposition

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
Love of learning
Enjoyment of building relationships

Ability to present and communicate with all levels of an organization from users to C -level executives

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with attention to detail

Experience in SDLC ( Software Development Lifecycle ), System Integration, or good understanding of these concepts

Good oratory, for public presentations

Excellent verbal and written communication
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field would probably help you
