This position will supervise a team of Customer Experience Specialists (CES) and hold the CES’s accountable for their daily tasks. CES tasks include direct interaction with the customer as an intrinsic part of the Customer Solutions team, elevating the customer engagement process towards a one call resolution.
The CES Supervisor will effectively oversee the day to day activities that would include:
•Ensuring accuracy of orders and pricing within the order entry process
•Problem solving for the department in the best interest of the company
•Having confidence in suggestive selling and product substitution
•Interfacing with other departments in the resolution of logistic and product issues to develop & maintain a “Best in the industry” level of service for the customer
•Meeting regularly with Business Managers to review status of entered trade plans and review upcoming plans.
•Facilitating and delivering on customers request for documentation of product specifications
•Possessing a highly motivated, expresses a positive, can do attitude over the phone in dealing with the customers and fellow team members
•Training Team Members on the multiple systems that are used in our company
Candidate will be the supervisor of a team of CES staff to assure the effectiveness of the team in performance of the CES duties. CES Supervisor responsibilities include:
•Effectiveness of problem resolution
•Assurance of professional phone etiquette. Assurance of maintaining good customer relationships
•Team vacation (including cross training) and T&A activities
•Effective teamwork with other CFG depts and staff
•Some College preferred but will accept a High School Diploma or GED
•A minimum of 2 years Supervisory experience, required.
•Prior experience interfacing with sales and production preferred
•Excellent computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
•Ability to quickly learn and work with new computer programs
•Ability to learn product application and substitution
•Good verbal and written communication skills
•Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to function at a high level within a team environment
•Ability to work independently and with individuals from multiple disciplines and with varying levels of experience
•Ability to manage a team of individuals in a manner to achieve desired goals
•Bilingual skills (English / Spanish) preferred
