The Customer Implementation Coordinator is responsible for scheduling installations and trainings for Imagine Learning English purchases. Scheduling is completed by working closely with Area Partnership Managers to gather information, contacting the Customers (multiple times, if necessary) to confirm numerous details, and coordinating the dates with the Educational Support Consultants’ calendars.

Our ideal candidate will have completed a bachelor's degree and have three to five years' work experience in an office. Other skills include:
  • Detail oriented; extremely organized and meticulous; comfortable with minutia
  • Strong problem-solving capability; ability to ferret out information from internal databases and the Internet and make judgment calls based on data
  • Ability to multi-task; must tolerate constant interruptions and be able to re-prioritize throughout the day
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications with extensive Excel skills
  • Exceptional communication skills; interface with customers in internal departments and external customers
  • Proactive, self-motivated, dependable
This position will work 4-5 hours per day between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
